Terms of Service

1. Website development, website maintenance, hosting account registration, and domain name registration, are the Services provided by neowebstudio to CUSTOMER. 2. CUSTOMER is the website owner and shall be fully responsible for any transmission, receiving and broadcasting of information, data, and files. 3. The written time to completion is the time required to develop website design and scripts. 4. neowebstudio is responsible to restrict all sensitive information about CUSTOMER, except for the purpose of police investigation by the Kepolisian Republik Indonesia or other conditions regulated by law in effect within the Indonesian jurisdiction.

Cost and Payment

1. CUSTOMER agreed to pay the applicable fee for the applied neowebstudio Service. 2. Payment of neowebstudio Service fee may be made by bank transfer or be paid in cash.

Suspension and Termination of Service

1. neowebstudio has the right to suspend or terminate the Service under the following conditions: (a) CUSTOMER's negligence in paying the applicable Service fee as directed, or (b) CUSTOMER has requested to terminate the Service. 2. Suspension and termination of neowebstudio Service shall not waive CUSTOMER of any outstanding balance.

Limitation of Responsibility

1. neowebstudio shall not be responsible for any inaccuracies that occurs because of the unavailability of some data that can only be provided by CUSTOMER. 2. neowebstudio shall not be responsible for any loss and service unavailability due to events beyond neowebstudio control as the Service provider, including but not limited to technical interference on the hosting provider or registrar.
